Oh man, the location right on the main square is just amazing! The decor is all old-style and gives off proper historic vibes while still feeling cozy. And the brekkie spread was a lekker start to the day!

Only thing was the parking, was a bit of a mission since it gets tight around there.

Everything is really good, enjoyed my time here. Plus, the location is perfect, minutes from Museum of Torture. The restaurant is wonderful, with competent and efficient staff. It is undoubtedly a luxury option when you are in Santillana del Mar.

The location was marvellous, close to an art museum. At the restaurant, the breakfast was incredible and great with many options.

At first glance, the parador seems charming, but the furniture is outdated and desperateley needs amending. I assume a 4-star facility would offer hot breakfast dishes, but instead, I was met with a dismal cold buffet. To make matters worse, I expected some sort of complimentary gesture for my troubles but received nothing. I almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn't.

Had a boss stay in this lovely old place! The food was sound, especially the tasty rice with lobster – proper lush! Only downside was the Wi-Fi could’ve been better, a bit dodgy at times, ya know?

The property was in the centre of the city.

So cozy and historic, such a charming atmosphere throughout.

The hotel is a historic gem, housed in a 17th-century building with fine architecture and decor that oozes character. Room 205 features a private veranda with lovely furnishings, ideal for lounging after a day of exploring.

The lack of air conditioning was a real drag during the heat. I found the parking setup confusing, with full outside spaces causing me to resort to the pricier garage. The WLAN was inconsistent. I had better connectivity in common areas than in my room, which isn't ideal for anyone needing to stay connected.

Loved the spacious, stylish room with beautiful old-school charm and decent WiFi for staying connected.

Just a good pick for a weekend getaway in Santillana del Mar with good value for money. The courtyard was a lovely spot to relax with a drink after exploring. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast to find a good selection.

Enjoyed a comfy room with a fine balcony view and delicious dinner options. An unexpected packed breakfast for our early ferry.

The room was spacious with a private bathroom and a bathroom with a shower. It had a tv, a minibar, and a seating area. The ambiance was charming with hardwood floors and a cozy sofa. Breakfast was adequate, and the location near the town square allowed easy access to explore. Great vibe!

Impeccably clean unit with a nice view on the Plaza Mayor. Fab location, so close to Museum of Torture. - Very close to many lively bars and restaurants. - Excellent beaches at Suances, the Gaudi buildings at Comillas, and the Caves of Altimira. - Centrally located in the historic old town.

The staff here are very welcoming and friendly, the rooms have showers, and the meal was fantastic with top-notch service.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this modern traditional hotel. the staff was professional and gave some great recommendations. - the morning meal was incredible with wine.
